There are seven exclusive features that make these systems the most successful directional steering system on the market. All seven contribute significant values that will enhance the contractor’s bottom line:

1. Significantly increased productivity (feet of hole per hour). This is primarily the result of the use of Electro-Magnetic Telemetry (EMT) for data communication that eliminates the time consuming and failure prone, joint by joint, wire-line-make-up and install process.
2. Higher quality bores with low dogleg severity. This means smooth pullbacks with minimal pipe sticking.
3. Lower support and ancillary cost. This is the direct result the EMT communication which eliminates the need for a Wire Line System which is expensive in terms materials, labor and time, in addition to substantial lost time when it fails.
4. Greatly diminish the use of the "Walk-Over Locator" task that is indigenous to the small- and mid-sized HDD operations.
5. The "TRU-TRACKER"Ò location system is built-in and fully integrated, thus eliminating the need for a separate location system and/or service. "TRU-TRACKER"Ò is a capability that is frequently called-out by industry HDD specifications.
6. Designed with built-in "Virtual On-Site Expert Support". A phone call from the Drilling Technician at the work site will enable a Boregyde technician to link his "ARC-GYDE"Ô System directly to a matching system in the Boregyde Product Support Department. In this way, the Boregyde technician will see the problem first hand.
7. Superior Product Support and Warrantee Program. Boregyde maintains an extensive inventory of spare parts that are shipped on the same day of an order. When a unit fails, it will be repaired and shipped back with 48 hours of being received at Boregyde’s factory or depot.
